Offered is a Marilyn Monroe Signed Vintage Photo – Mid-1950s, PSA/DNA Authenticated.

Charming original 2.5" x 3.5" glossy deckle-edge photograph of Marilyn Monroe, captured smiling behind the wheel of a car in the mid-1950s. Her right hand rests on the steering wheel while her left elbow leans casually out the open window. Signed in bold black ink, with “247T” stamped on the reverse. The photo remains in fine condition, showing only minor emulsion crazing.

Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. The signature was reportedly obtained by Frieda Hull, a member of the famed “Monroe Six,” a close-knit group of fans who developed a personal rapport with Monroe.

Lee Strasberg was an Austrian-born actor, director, and theater practitioner who cofounded the Group Theatre in 1931 and, twenty years later, became the director of the prestigious Actor’s Studio in New York City. While living in Manhattan, Monroe became Strasberg’s most popular student, bringing great attention to the acting studio while esteeming Strasberg as a sort of father figure.
