Offered is a Y.A. Tittle HOF Signed/Inscribed "H.O.F. 71" Full Size Replica RK Custom Suspension Helmet San Francisco 49ers. The special design of this helmet, with its distinctive facemask, was worn by Tittle to protect his broken jaw which was a testament to his dedication and toughness on the field. 

Note: Tittle can be seen wearing this helmet on the 1954 issue of Sports Illustrated shown in the attached photo. The magazine pictured is not included.
